Originally hired to assist with a grand opening I ended up continuing to work with the guys over at Urban Garden Supply for the better part of 6 months. For the grand opening of their second location that was geared towards customers with larger needs then typical indoor garden. So in coordination with the Marketing Director, Floor Manager, and Warehouse Manager we put together a marketing campaign that included an email blast (click here to see that), poster, flyers, ads in local papers, and a few magazine ads too. During the event we had 2 cameras filming. With that footage I cut a short edit for social media. Another piece I did was an infographic about the new warehouse. The owner liked it so much he had me do two other infographics as well. After the grand opening I stayed on as the in house designer designing price sheets, flyers, signage, business cards, web banners, etc. Another focus was serious house keeping on their website with a couple updates and tweaks to the front and back end. I also started managing their Facebook and started their Instagram and got over 600 followers in 2 months.
